Content Description A.C. Reynolds (1870 - 1953) served as the second president of Cullowhee Normal and Industrial School (Western Carolina University), from 1912 to 1920. He was influential in Buncombe County education and instrumental in establishing Rutherford College, in Brevard, NC.
