Content Description

Radio programs hosted by Dr. Gordon Mercer, a former WCU professor in political science and public policy, entitled "Citizens Making A Difference.” The programs originally aired on WFSC-AM (1050) in Franklin and feature Dr. Mercer in conversation with community leaders from a variety of community organizations.

This collection consists of thirteen programs on thirteen compact discs.
